Meet the driving force behind Office Outsource Lynne Ripley
Over the past 25 years, I have gained experience that spans multiple industries, with a diverse range of specialization. I spent 12 years in the corporate world, where I was a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), responsible for managing software and hardware agreements, general expenses and corporate travel. This gave me a wide range of experience with negotiations and contract management, and I had the opportunity to work with sister companies across the country while implementing shared services and travel agency conversions.
From the corporate world I moved into small business ownership with a small paint-your-own ceramics store, adding an espresso and gift gallery, and eventually expanded into the wholesale ceramic supplier industry. During this time I developed experience in all desktop versions of QuickBooks - Pro, Premier, Enterprise and Point-of-Sale - and a unique perspective on what it takes to operate specialty businesses.
In addition to corporate and small retail experience, I have also worked as a real estate agent and an accredited home staging professional. I have also earned a Bachelor Of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting, graduating from City University of Seattle with summa cum laude honors. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor I can help small businesses with set up and regular maintenance of their company QuickBooks program. Additionally, with my background, knowledge and experience I can help with all the other back office needs that your company has.
